April 1 Message from EPA's New Email Subscription Service

Hi, you're getting this message because you're subscribed to receive email from EPA.

Today is the first day we're using our new email subscription service and sending messages.  We're sending you this initial message for two reasons:

First, to indicate we're now using the new system.

Second, to send this to you as a test message, in case this helps you make any changes to your email account's inbox spam or junk email filters. If you received this message OK as you have been receiving EPA emails from you, you're all set.

But if you later find this email in your spam, junk, or delete email folders, you may need to adjust your incoming email filters.  Please contact your email provider if you need help in adjusting your email filters.

Since you're already a subscriber and you received this message, you don't HAVE to do anything.

But if you want to add geographic information or edit your preferences, go to page http://www2.epa.gov/newsroom/email-subscriptions and enter your email address. Then you'll be taken a profile page where you'll create a password, choose or change what you'd like to receive, and certain other, optional info you'd like to share. After you're done, the system will send a quick validation email. That's it!

Anytime you want to edit your preferences or opt out, just use that profile page above to make changes.
