I realize the Mazda 5 is aimed at families and the Transit at commerce. A: Healey: TC's bigger, cruder (but not really 'crude') and because it's commercial in intent, not as nimble as Mazda5 (but not sloppy, either). Also, TC only seats 5, max, while Mazda5 has 6 spots.
